How can we empower your life today?
"The principle aim of psychotherapy is not to transport one to an impossible state of happiness, but to help (the client) acquire steadfastness and patience in the face of suffering." ~ Carl Jung
Being in therapy can feel awkward, yet it is often an illuminating experience. While your narrative consists of a past, present, and future, the life you are living is happening right now.
I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples who are trying to rediscover themselves in a more authentic way. I am dedicated to providing a safe, calming environment to help clients explore their needs, find healing, and live a more purposeful life.
My approach is guided by empathy, understanding, and empowerment. I view therapy as a collaborative journey toward self-discovery, healing, and building lifelong skills. My goal is to help you recognize that change is possible as we identify realistic steps to promote your positive well-being.
